In the 2013 landed what for Ricardo Morales was a dream, to open his own restaurant of roast meat, named Charvaqs (means charros and cowboys), this because he likes horses, rodeo and charrería. With this dream in mind, he devised how to open a food business in an innovated way with out investing a lot of money. That’s how it came about of making a food trailer with a barn looking, to sale roast meat on the weekends. He made the first 14 feet long food trailer and that’s how he opened his first food business, being a total success in the opening such a way that the first day he ran out of product.

By 2018, he made other 2 food trailers, so he can be in events with his restaurant.

With the pandemic in 2020, he had to close the restaurant Chavarqs, and start with the barn looking food trailer selling, and in 2021 the start exporting the food trailers to USA, with a new business called “El granero movil”. With different measures and for any type of business: corn, hamburguers, tacos, pizza, coffee shop, to name a few.
